1. May 13, 2002
ZUCC entered into a cooperative agreement with UW on May 13, 2002, launching the Sino-foreign cooperative program for undergraduate education (UW program).
2. September 6, 2003
When the term of the UW program began on September 6, 2003, Ms.Pam Dunn, the Consul General of New Zealand in Shanghai congratulated in person.

Ms.Wen chin Powles, the Consul General of New Zealand in Shanghai and Hammish Forsyth, the Education Counselor in China, gave lectures in the college on March 9, 2007.
